Hello,
I bout divibooster, installed it and after installation footer disappeared. How to get support of help?
Thank you
Hi Mounes, please see my reply to your other comment:

After installing DIVI booster, I got blank footer and extra blank space on top of header.
Nothing removed after uninstalling
Hi Mon, I think two things might be going on here.
First, Divi Booster has no way to keep affecting your site after it is uninstalled (by design it can only load its changes when it's actually running, and it doesn't modify your theme or other plugins directly). As you are still seeing the changes after uninstalling, it is likely that something (a performance plugin, cloudflare, your browser, etc) is caching your site. This post explains how to solve caching issues and should hopefully help you out:
https://divibooster.com/divi-booster-and-caching/
Second, for the blank footer and blank space above the header – it sounds like you may have had the following Divi Booster features enabled:
By default, there is no header image specified and no footer links specified – if you don't specify these you'll get blank space where they would otherwise appear.
If you choose to re-enable Divi Booster, disabling these two options should get rid of the problems you were seeing. Note that you may need to clear the caches after doing so to see the changes.
Let me know if you're still having problems after that.
Hello Dan,
Sorry I didn't mentioned your reply and I submit my question again.
I didn't enabled any of features you said. I managed to solve header problem, but footer (Elegant themes and powered by WP) disappeared (white space around 20 pixels) even I replaced the code in footer.php with the original one, and the empty space (around 20 pixels)before footer section with text widgets still existing.
Sorry again and Thank you!
Hi Mon, sorry to hear you're still having problems. Are you able to send me a link to the site it's happening on? That will hopefully help me track down the cause.
In the meantime, could you also try temporarily enabling the "Footer > Replace footer links with this text / HTML" feature and saving the settings, and then disabling it and saving again. It's a long-shot, but it may help.
Thanks!
Hello dear Dan,
You are really very kind person :)

I manage to remove blank area which is not because of booster.
I enable html area as you said and the footer grown up for few pixel but nothing displayed.
I mentioned, that only pages we create are without bottom bar, but any 404 page will have it:
https://www.thekernel.com/dan/
And you can see Copyrights and social icons.
I think, due to tonnes of features in the booster and users' like me greediness, we start enabling everything and we start facing problems.
Please reduce features for dummy users :)
Thank you
Hi Mon, it looks to me like the bottom footer has been replaced by an (empty) Page Builder section. This isn't something Divi Booster does, but it is the functionality of the Page Builder Everywhere plugin, which I can see you have running. I suggest temporarily disabling this plugin to see if it fixes the issue. If so, then when you re-enable the plugin you may need to look at its settings and either disable it for the bottom footer or edit the bottom footer within that plugin.
Let me know if this doesn't fix it. In the meantime, I'll work on hiding some of the more advanced features from the dummy users – ha ha :)
Hi Dan,
I have emailed you twice but have received no response. I thought I would try here…I tried to purchase Divi Booster but I got an error message from paypal saying that there is a problem with the merchant's account. Please advise. Thank you, Tammy
Hi Tammy, I sent you an email about this yesterday (containing your purchase details), but just saw your further email this morning which suggests you never received that one. If you still haven't received any emails from me, please can you check in your spam folder and/or let me know. Thanks, Dan.
Dan,
I updated to the latest version of Divi (2.6) this afternoon. I am running WP 4.4.1.
My issue is now any image placed on the page – and uses any animation – is not displayed in a web browser (Safari, Firefox or Chrome).
I disabled all of my plug-ins, tested them one-by-one, and the problem only appears when Divi Booster is activated.
I don't have many plug-ins installed (Animate It!, Elegant Themes Updater, Image Widget, Jetpack, Monarch, UpdraftPlus, and Yoast SEO).
My site is not that large, so I can disable image animations for now – but I wanted to know if you were aware of anyone else having this issue.
Thank you in advance.
Hi Kevin, thanks for letting me know. I've just released Divi Booster 1.9.5 which should fix this. Let me know if you are still having issues.
Hi Dan, Can you add settings with footer paddings top and bottom? it will be very helpful
Hi Gregory, thanks for the suggestion. It's definitely something I'll look into for a future version of the plugin.
We purchased Divibooster and would like to know does it work with Divi2.6 version or there are know issues. Also where we can get the login to download the plugin later
Regards
Gautham
Hi Guatham, yes Divi Booster works with Divi 2.6. I'm currently working through some incompatibilities that have been identified (and will be releasing updates soon), but most features work correctly.
This post explains how to login to your Divi Booster account. The main thing is to use the same email address as you supplied at checkout.
Hi.
What is the latest release of DIVI BOOSTER?
How do we update?
Thank you.
STEVE
Hi Steve, the latest version is 1.9.4. This post explains how to update Divi Booster. Thanks.
I have been using the plugin but since the Divi update the booster is interfering with images. I had to deactivate it. Now I can't use it for the purpose intended. Will it be updated to fix the issue?
Hi sarai, I've just released an update to Divi Booster (version 1.9.5) which should fix this. Let me know if you are still having problems with the images. Thanks.
Is there an issue with Divi Booster and the newest DIVI. My portfolio was gone all of a sudden.
Tried installing on a new site where images didn't load at all. Am I missing something?
Hi Bertel, I've just released Divi Booster 1.9.5 which should fix this. Let me know if you continue having problems. Thanks.
Hi Dan,
I've seen there is a new version of divi booster available.
Where can I find out what's new in this version?
Thanks
Carsten
Hi carmoe, you can view a list of changes made to the plugin by clicking on "View version x.x.x details" next to Divi Booster on your WP admin area plugins page.
I came cross a strange issue. I got the following warning/error:
Warning: The URL does not point to a valid plugin metadata file.HTTP error – transfer closed with 5244 bytes remaining to read in /…../wp-content/plugins/divi-booster/core/updates/plugin-update-checker.php on line 237
Any ideas? :/
Thanks! :)
Hi Natalie, this was an issue with my web host (which was causing the updates to fail). I believe it has been resolved now if you'd like to try again. Let me know if you still have problems. Thanks.
I posted this about a week ago, but it still says my comment is in moderation. So here is another shot.
I tried to update the plugin this morning and was met with this message: http://d.pr/i/YEof
Hi Greg, sorry for the delay getting back to you. As per my reply to the original message I've modified the way the zip file is generated to (hopefully) avoid the issue. Please can you try the update again and let me know if you are still having issues. Thanks!
Hey Dan,
I've been using your awesome plugin for awhile now with no problems. But I'm running into an odd one now. I am not able to get anything to take in the footer – the only thing that works is centering the footer links. I don't even care what I get in there now – I've even tried just "test". Links center and un-center fine, everything else except Footer is working as expected.
Minimal plugins, just Yoast SEO, TinyMCE, Duplicate Post and Media Library Categories. Caching is off at the server level. I've tried deactivating everything, no change. I've tried deleting and re-installing.
It's on a test site that's passworded, but I'm happy to give you access privately if you like. I'm really scratching my head on this. I checked a few other sites, and I have another one that apparently isn't "taking" either. I'm terrible confused. All running WP 4.4.1, all on the same hosting environment. Slightly different plugin suite on each one. Can you help?
Hi Stephanie, I've just sent you an email about this. Hopefully we can figure out what's going on.
