Fix Divi Header Overlapping the LearnDash Login Modal

Written by Dan Mossop

Learndash includes a popup login / registration which is displayed when a user clicks the 'Login to Enrol' button on a course page. However, the popup box is displayed behind the main Divi header, preventing it from being fully seen on the page. Here's how to fix this issue.

Fix Divi Header Overlapping the LearnDash Login Modal using Divi LearnDash Kit

Divi Learndash Kit adds new Divi modules allowing you to easily add LearnDash components to your Divi Builder pages without the use of shortcodes. It also includes several compatibility fixes to make LearnDash run more smoothly on Divi. One of these fixes is to ensure the login modal is displayed above the Divi header.

Here's how the issue appears before Divi LearnDash Kit is activated. The login modal is displayed behind the Divi header.

To fix the issue, simply install and activate Divi LearnDash Kit.

Now the login modal is displayed above the Divi header.

 This fix is included in Divi Learndash Kit v1.5.7 onwards.

Fix Divi Header Overlapping the LearnDash Login Modal using CSS

You can also fix the issue by adding the following CSS to your Divi Builder page.

div.learndash-wrapper div.ld-login-modal {
    z-index: 100000;
}
